L'Agitateur Red
Micro cuvée of two oak barrels with dominant of Syrah, harvested by hand at an advanced stage of maturity on a very low yield plot.
After a long carbonic maceration in concrete vat, the wine is aged 18 months in oak barrels.
Very deep red colour, ink, purple blue shades. Complex and rich nose, mixing toasty aromas and intense fruit.
Fleshy, voluminous in mouth. Soft and mellow tannins. Persistent black fruits flavours. Exceptionally long finish.
L'Agitateur White
Micro cuvée vinified and aged in two oak barrels, carefully chosen as to the type of wood and kind of heating and toasting. It is the most successful blend of our Vermentino, Roussane et Viognier.
The harvest is done exclusively by hand.
It is a rich, hearty and silky white, with citrus, yellow fruits vanilla flavours, extreme delicacy. Very long finish. You will never forget!
